The Lab
The Griffin Research Group targets the goal of accelerated and improved recovery from injury and illness with a heavy emphasis on clinical translation. Specifically, we focus on promoting the functional integration of synthetic, injectable biomaterial scaffolds with host tissue. Our laboratory toolbox combines microscale spatial control and novel hydrogel chemistries to support both fundamental science and translational approaches to tissue regeneration.
